Our role is solely to introduce you to licensed lenders or authorised credit representatives who may offer loan products that match your enquiry.
We do not charge you any fees for using our service. Lenders may pay us a referral fee if you proceed with a loan.
All loan decisions, product terms, fees, assessments, and outcomes are determined exclusively by the lender.
Applicant Eligibility:
To use our referral service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be an Australian resident for tax purposes
Receive a regular after-tax income, including employment, self-employment, or approved government benefits
Hold an active Australian bank account
Provide accurate and complete information
Lenders follow responsible lending obligations and may determine that a loan is not suitable if it would place you into financial hardship.
Electronic Communications & Consent
By submitting an enquiry through our websites, you consent to receive communications electronically, including:
Application updates
Disclosure documents such as Credit Guides and Privacy Statements
Service-related notices
Marketing materials (only where you have opted in)
You may opt out of marketing at any time by contacting hello@brand.com.au.
If you do not provide required personal information, we may be unable to refer your enquiry to a lender.
Privacy, Credit Information & Data Handling
We collect and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

Identity and financial data verification partners (Illion, Credit Sense, Basiq — read-only access, no passwords stored)

We do not store your bank logins or passwords.
Your information is passed securely to lenders who may conduct their own credit checks.

We do not report to credit reporting bodies (CRBs), and we do not access your formal credit file.
However, lenders we introduce you to may:
Obtain your credit report from CRBs such as Equifax or Experian

Report missed repayments or serious credit infringements
This activity is carried out by lenders, not by us.
Data Use & Disclosure
By submitting a loan enquiry, you acknowledge that your information may be disclosed to:
Other credit providers for assessment
Debt collection agencies (if relevant to a lender relationship)
Budgeting or financial counselling services (with consent)
Government bodies and regulators
Service providers supporting our operations (IT, compliance, verification)

Loan offers from lenders will only be sent to you once:

Customer Warranties
When submitting an enquiry, you warrant that:
All information supplied is accurate, complete, and truthful
You have read and understood our Privacy Policy and these Terms
You understand we are not the lender and cannot guarantee approval
Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry being declined.
Fees, Payments & Refunds
We do not charge customers any fees for using our website or referral service.
Any payments or fees relating to a loan are between you and the lender.
No Guarantee of Approval
We provide no guarantee that:
You will be approved for a loan
A lender will contact you
You will receive specific loan terms
You will obtain your requested loan amount
Loan approvals depend solely on lender assessment criteria.
